ReMake your Winter Woolies, Saturday 2nd November 2019
Do you have an old jumper, sweater or hoodie sitting in your wardrobe waiting to be put to good use? Join us on Saturday 2nd November and we’ll help you remake and upcycle it into a bunch of cosy winter accessories – with half of all accessories made on the day being donated to local homeless charities and gifted to homeless people throughout Edinburgh.
Our expert tailor and remaker, Juan, will walk you through the steps, teaching you how to use the different parts of your jumper and cut and sew these together to create a beanie hat, infinity scarf, pair of mittens, fingerless gloves, legwarmers, or slippers!
Spaces can be reserved for a £2 non-refundable donation to cover admin fees.
Please note there is a maximum of 1 ticket per person so if you have friends or family that would also like to come they will need to book their space separately. Please also only book a space if you are sure you can make it along on the day.
